🌸These words sum up a chunk of my summer so far it’s been going pretty well. I’ve been spending half the time in the city(ny),half the time at home in the ‘burbs(md) (thank gosh for the megabus haha!!) getting loads of sun and sand in my toes and loving the random road-trips with my friends who are back from uni. This year feels like its been going by über fast… It’s kinda bumming me out haha! So many places to visit.. Next stop Canada, then going to visit Bolivia with my best friend and her fam super excited because we’re visiting **Salar de Uyuni** (the worlds largest salt flat) kinda like a great wonder of the world.. soo I feel pretty blessed! it’s nice to really immerse yourself into different cultures.. I’m mostly stoked for traditional Bolivian food! *drools*, speaking of food my vegetarian cookbook is still in progress! My take on Americas favorite meals. Super health conscious, super simple should be out by late fall early winter (nov) * fingers crossed* and yes it will be available on Ebook! Anyways I’ll keep ya posted or you can follow my journey 🌸
